RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At St. Thunder Guitars, we strive to offer products and musical instruments of the highest quality and to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Below, we explain the terms and procedures governing returns and refunds in accordance with applicable legislation.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Period)

In accordance with European e-commerce regulations, customers have a statutory period of 14 calendar days from the date they physically receive the product at the delivery address to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

For a product to be eligible for return and refund:

• The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no signs of improper use, marks, alterations or modifications.

• All original contents must be included: hard case or gig bag, certificates of authenticity, manuals, adjustment tools, accessories, tags and original packaging, all in good condition.

• The product must be securely and adequately packaged, preferably using the same outer shipping box in which it was originally delivered, to prevent damage during return transit.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances provided for by law:

• Customised items, products made to measure or products manufactured to the customer's specific special order.

• Products which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed or opened (for example, in-ear headphones, harmonicas, etc.).

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a shipping error or a manufacturing defect in the product:

• The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

• Given the high value and fragile nature of high-end musical instruments, we strongly recommend using a reliable shipping company and insuring the parcel for the full value of the product. St. Thunder Guitars shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipping arranged by the customer.

• If preferred, we can arrange collection through our usual shipping company, deducting the exact shipping cost from the final refund amount.

5. Products Damaged in Transit or Defective Products

If, upon receiving your parcel, you notice that the box has visible impact marks or damage caused during shipping:

1. Record the issue on the carrier's delivery note when signing for the delivery (or refuse the parcel if the external damage is severe).

2. Notify us within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours by sending clear photographs showing the condition of the parcel and the item to our email address: info@st-thunderguitars.com.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or duly documented damage caused during shipping, we will arrange collection of the product at no cost to the customer and organise a replacement, repair or full refund, as appropriate, in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty coverage.

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return within the 14-day period:

Send an email to info@st-thunderguitars.com including the following information:

1. Order number.

2. Buyer's first and last name.

3. Product you wish to return.

4. Reason for the return (optional).

Our team will contact you to provide the shipping instructions and the address of the warehouse to which the parcel should be sent.

7. Inspection and Refunds

• Once the parcel has been received at our premises, our team will inspect and verify the condition of the instrument and all its accessories.

• After confirming that the product meets the conditions described above, we will issue the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take between 2 and 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
